The kitchen is considered to be a chefs delight.
Its central island contains all the features one would expect in a professional kitchen: induction cook top sided by an electric grill plate with a state of the art overhead extraction fan.
Two wash basins on separate sides make life very simple. A row of power outlets are set to one end and all the electronic gadgets that one may need are located in the nearby machine cupboard, including a Kenwood Chef with many attachments. The dishwasher is also in the central area along side with the many pull out drawers which hold all the equipment necessary to create gourmet delights for all to enjoy. The layout, large refrigerator, steam oven, convection oven, plate warmer, wine refrigerator are just additional tools for a truly fine dining experience.
We also stock most spices and herbs, many of which are fresh and straight from our garden along with a selection of the finest local oils and vinegars.
The beautiful beige Italian marble floors throughout the entire house have been retained as they give this house its sense of serene elegance. They also help to maintain a cooler air temperature during the warmer summer months as do the wide covered verandahs which shade out the hot Spanish sun.
The kitchen has been remodeled to take advantage of the views of the back garden, the beautiful bay of roses and the grand backdrop of the Pyrenees.
